District Spatial Development Plans will:
- Analyse Development Opportunities & Constraints
- Indicate Environmental Directives
- Indicate Urban Growth Management Informants (incl. no go areas)
- Identify New Development Areas
- Identify Urban Restructuring & Upgrading Interventions
- Identify priority areas in need of Local Area Planning intervention
Public engagement to commence from February 2008 via sub-councils. To be submitted to PG:WC for s4(6) Structure Plan approval in terms of LUPO. |
