GIVEN NKOSI (Tenor) from Witbank (Mpumalanga) is currently doing his third-year at the SA College of Music (UCT) under the direction of Professor Angelo Gobbato and Dr Brad Liebl. He has been involved in productions of Nabucco, Bravo Angelo, Le Damnation de Faust, Amahl and the Night Visitors and has performed in various other concerts. He appeared as soloist with the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra during the 2004 Youth Music Festival and performed with the Tirisano National Youth Choir at the Choir Olympics in Bremen. In 2005 he was selected as the best male singer for the Schock Foundation Prize. He has recently performed in Cosí fan Tutte at Artscape, as well as Handel's Messiah, Mozart's Solemn Vespers, Vivaldi's Magnificat and Mendelssohn's Elijah and next year February he is going to Verona (Italy)for the Monteverdi's festival.

SISANDA JOBA grew up in Gugulethu and she presently resides in Khayelitsha. She started singing at a very young age. The following is a list of the singing milestones that she has passed through:






  1. Song with Kabo Jazz Band in 1999
  2. Song with Lungiswa in 2004 Jazzathon at the Waterfront
  3. Performed with Ngcukana Brtohers at the Civic centre
  4. Performed in the following musicals at Artscape, Baxter, Grahamstown Arts Festival and the Market Theatre in Johannesburg:
    • “Echoes of our Footsteps”
    • “Sisters on the Edge”
    • "Diaries of my Womanhood”
    • “Ladies Car Wash”
