05	Minutes of Previous Meeting	5.1 Corrections Mr Timothy Jacobs and Mr Rudolf Rieger pointed out that there was no mention of a Project Manager that should be appointed to run with the projects.  And also how the City will be involved in the funding of the project manager.

07	Matters Discussed	Mecia Petersen from City of Cape Town Tourism Department gave a brief and informative presentation as to the City of Cape Town’s Tourism Development Framework, which forms and constitutes the rationale to form the Tourism Forum in Hout Bay. Following the presentation, a discussion session was conducted where the delegates introduced their concerns, views and aspirations with regard to the establishment of the Forum. Once all concerns and comments where raised, a proposal was formulated, by Tofeeq Hargey, suggesting that a Tourism Forum be established. The forum will serve as a representative platform for relevant stakeholders within Hout Bay to take the Local Tourism Opportunities and Challenges forward. 08	Motions	Tofeeq concluded with a proposal that a meeting be held with the eleven elected forum members, with the view to identify the needs, challenges and opportunities of the Hout Bay Community. In essence the proposal was unanimously accepted by all members present. The next meeting will be announced in due course.
